Good value for the price, sturdy desk and good support. Make sure to test the 3 leg motors BEFORE you put it all together. You may need to pop off the top of the motor leg to make sure all of the wires are connected properly. If you assemble the desk, then test it like I did, it will take a lot more time. So plug in the 3 legs into the controller, make sure the controller is flat. If it gives an E02 error, one of the motors isn't connected properly so you have to check each motor. Or call their support line and they'll be very helpful.

I bought this desk looking for an upgrade from my smaller standing desk. It was missing a few parts but the manufacturer was super easy to work with and sent the parts immediately. Once i got it assembled and added the desktop it worked 100% as expected.

e10 error out of the box. They are sending a new leg and I have to troubleshoot which leg is bad which will be a huge headache. Probably going to return and go with a more reputable brand.

I got this desk. Assembled it fully to find out it didn’t work. I called customer service and after a few tests, they sent me a new power unit. The new power unit also didn’t work. I called again and the tech said one of the motors in the legs was probably dead so they are sending me 3 new legs to test (because there’s no way to determine if multiple legs can dead).So right now, I’m waiting on 3 new legs which I probably have to assemble and then disassembled the old ones. I wish I had bought something else if I knew it would be this difficult out the box.UPDATE: I finally got the legs and disassembled the old ones to replace them with the new ones. And it worked! The desk is fully operational and it works like a dream (for now) so I’ve changed my rating to 4 stars. However, although I’m sure if this is a thing in newer models, VIVO should consider finding a way to test the viability of the legs without having to put the whole thing together. A lot of my time and effort could’ve been saved if I could test the legs from the beginning.

I received this kit and assembled it same day. Unfortunately, I ran into a major problem in that it refused to move. I reached out to support and they were confused with what control module I had even though I provided them this specific ASIN (SKU). They did send out replacement communication cables to me, but that was actually not the issue at all.I personally don't like to wait and have some familiarity with low voltage electronics and found that one of the pins on the motor connector itself was not seated properly. I didn't want to wait another 4-10 days for shipping of a replacement motor leg so I reseated the pin and secured it with silicone adhesive and got the desk moving.My only issue with this frame comes from the fact it didn't work out of the box, but has been fully functional for 3 weeks since I repaired the motor assembly.
