Whoever wrote the assembly instructions clearly never built this or even looked at the parts because there are pieces included that are integral to the assembly but aren't even mentioned in the instructions. Be prepared to troubleshoot this yourself!Definitely would not recommend if you have a monitor on the larger end of their listed range. My monitor is 28 inches and about 11 pounds and getting the monitor to stay at the top of the pole (which only makes it marginally better than when I had it on its stand before) is a hassle. Even fully tightened, it will slide down if you make any adjustment to the monitor, even if you're tilting or rotating it. For whatever reason, despite a single-size pole and an arm clamp that, despite having a screw doesn't really adjust, they included a 2 piece adapter to make the arm clamp narrow enough to fit on the pole. Unfortunately, the adapter is made of 2 pieces of extremely flimsy plastic and is never mentioned in the instructions, so have fun trying to fit them together so that the arm is at least mildly functional. On one hand, you definitely get what you pay for when it comes to mounts like this. On the other hand, I'm not sure this was worth even $3, let alone $30. Ultimately too short to be useful in clearing desk space more than having a normal monitor stand and the oblong plate of the clamp is so long that if you have a desk like mine that has metal reinforcements underneath the edges, the plate can't actually fit around enough to clamp to the desk itself and just sits partially on the metal bar.
no problems work great
it's easy to mount, good and solid build and very practical. I liked that it has slighly higher then most of similar products, exactly what i needed.
Good product and quality and service
