Amazing costumer service

I needed plastic slide to click in upper cable holders replaced. Andddd it’ll be shipped free of charge to me that’s amazing

Plastic slide to click in cable holder snaps/breaks

I cable manage a lot. And when I change my mind only twice on how I run my cables I needed to take off the plastic bits that clip/slide into the arm stand. The plastic teeth that hold the plastic cable holder in place snapped off, 3/4 of them on one side, and 4/4 on the other. Only ran 2 cables through each. Not thick ones either. I just wanna know if I could find out if replacement parts are available/ could be sent to me? Just the plastic slide in cable holders, that would be great. Bought my Vivo V002O dual mount stand on Amazon. Not off here. But that makes no difference. I would like to know. Thank you.

Best purchase for my working from home set up!

I waited way too long to make my decision and finally order this! I have a sit/stand desk and the top tier had limited space as a result of the monitor stands I was using. Switching to this application freed up a lot more usable space on my top tier and overall just makes it feel much more open. Don't wait like I did. Just order these now for an ideal set up that also optimizes your ability to create an ergonomic workstation!

Even though it says it can mount upto 32’’ monitor but when i mounted 27’’ monitor the legs just coming down
