So far so good

Product did come scuffed up and there was some plastic broken right off the bat. It was relatively simple to put together although you may want two people to assemble if you have larger monitors. The movable parts can be difficult to get where you want them and stay, but I may be doing it wrong as the directions were useless in my opinion. All that being said, I'm using the free stand and have two 27" 11.8lb each curved monitors now mounted side by side. Nothing is tipping or swaying even if I jostle or push on the stand. I'll update if any issues arise!

STAND-V002P larger base is sturdy

This model has a larger base and is very sturdy. No problems holding two 24" monitors. Has all tools included that are required for assembly which is a plus. Height is adjustable for short and tall users. I'm very happy with this product.

Solid dual monitor mount for sitting on desk

I've used dual monitor mounts that fastened to the desk, as those tended to be more solid, and they allowed the monitors to be be raised high enough for a 6' 1" person with a long torso. I like to have my monitors at eye level. This was easy to assemble and adjust. I like that they provide holders for the hex keys on the stand so you don't have to hunt them down later to make adjustments. There are cord clips to keep things tidy, I never realized how handy and better looking that could be versus using zip ties. The mounts seem very sturdy, and all the joints are tight with no slop, so I could set the monitors precisely like I wanted them. The based is very heavy, so the monitors do not move around. The base does protrude a little into my work area, about 5 inches in front of the monitors as i have them adjusted. I have two 24 in Acer monitors on here. I did have to rotate the monitor 180 degrees to get the necessary height, as the Acer mounts were not centered. I wish that thumb screws were provided instead of slotted screws, no big deal though. The directions were OK. I would recommend this monitor stand to others. Such an improvement over the clamp on style that required a certain desktop edge style to fit (and rarely did).

Quality Product with Complicated Setup and Difficult Height Adjustment

The quality of the product is very good and the installation instructions are very clear though complicated. My biggest issue with the product is how difficult it is to adjust for height. During the set-up process, you're supposed to know what height you want your monitors to be in before screwing your monitors on it, which is not very reasonable. If you don't know exactly the height you want, you'll end up putting the monitors on and taking them off repeated, because it'll otherwise be too heavy to adjust height with the monitors on. Small adjustments can be done easily close to the location that attaches to the monitor, but if you need to actually adjust it by more than 1/2" or so, it's much of a chore detaching and reattaching the monitors.

4 years in, hydrolics now not supporting monitor

Not sure the expected life expectancy of this product. One side of mine no longer will hold up a 6lb lcd monitor.
