This is a really simple and functional piece of design that just works. The price is really fair too.I even bought and installed a third one in anticipation of the new iMac!Totally recommend it.

Can Damage Your Desk!

This monitor arm has truthfully served me extremely well, and it’s a great monitor arm. But I’m a bit upset that it ended up damaging my 250 dollar desk... The desk isn’t perfect that’s for sure, and I’ve had the arm stuck in that spot for 4 years. But when I went to take it off to adjust it, or possibly buy another arm. The rubber pads on the bottom, were stuck to my desk and ripped off the finish. I guess something to be aware of with this arm. Overall I do think the rubber pads could be a bit less sticky, as well as cover more surface area. That may help this product. I’m not sure. Though I would say putting something under it, changing the pads, or simply buying a better desk that doesn’t have a fake finish like mine (I didn’t know) are some other solutions. As for me, I think I might be stuck with this arm (in the same spot) until I can buy a new desk. Either that or I cover the whole tabletop in vinyl paper.
