I have a 3x2 monitor bracket, and on one monitor the mounting screws were 6 inches higher than the two that I was mounting on the same level (other 3 monitors are matching monitors that aligned perfectly). By putting one of these on each monitor, setting one at the highest mount point and the others at the lowest mount point, then using the adjustment available on my mounting bracket, I got the "odd" line to all mount to my bracket, which allows me to use my Standing desk up and down with ease. I got my monitors all on sale cheap cheap cheap years ago, so three $25 brackets to make them mount together was SO worth it to me.

Included screws didn’t work, I had to purchase a separate screws with a longer length inorder to properly mount the monitor with a VESA stand kit. Included screws are even shorter than the one came with VESA Mount. Pretty disappointed with the screw other than that, the stand works pretty well, with slight adjustment.

It breaks my heart that this didn't work for me because the price is right and it was simple to install. The rub is that the channel that the monitor travels crosses exactly over the quick-release switch to remove the monitor from the factory mount. Unfortunately, this means that the monitor can't be placed in the adapter's "reset" position.

Works very well. Sturdy and was easy to put together, although it took me a little while to figure out it needed a tad more force to adjust up and down to prep for mounting.. It has a good vertical range, although it's not long enough to go from sitting to standing, I'd say it's range is about half from sitting to a full standing position.
